AI Agent Certify operates aiagentcertify.com, a website for enterprise AI agent certification, runtime trust, compliance evidence, and governance workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.

When you submit a demo or contact request, we may collect your work email, company name, role, industry, number of AI agents deployed or planned, main concern, and message. We may also capture basic technical metadata, such as user agent and country, when available from the request.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to demo requests, understand enterprise needs, improve our services, and support security and abuse prevention for the website and form endpoint.

Data storage and email notifications

Demo requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 as the system of record. A copy of each form submission may also be sent by email to the business owner or team for follow-up.

Third-party infrastructure

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the site and process form submissions. These providers may include Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, and request handling, and an email delivery provider for notification emails.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data submitted through the demo request form.
